i set up SSH tunnel manager and have it connected. i configured amule to connect through it via a socks4 (also tried socks5) proxy. it seems to be working for downloading, but the files that im sharing around going around it. it doesnt matter whether im connected to SSH tunnel or not, files continue to churn out. whereas if i disconnect SSH tunnel, my downloading slows to 0...as it should.
is there something im missing here? shouldnt the proxy setting set all data transfer to go thru the tunnel? i tried changing the upload ports, but that screwed everything up.
