I would like to know how can i use my upload points and my all other statics from emule (windows) and stay with same statiscs at amule using Suse 10.1

Anybody know and can tell me how to do?  ?(

Are you talking about the credits?

Transfering the credits is simple: Just copy the files

clients.met
cryptkey.dat
preferences.dat

from your eMule installation directory into your $HOME/.aMule directory.

You could make a SH-script to load the files from the windows-directory, and a BATCH-file to load the files from a linux-partition, so that you don't have to do anything yourself

And indeed, just copy the files from one folder to another [directory], that should do the trick
