If I had to guess, I'd say that he is asking whether aMule has a built-in irc client like (some) eMule (mods?). If that is the question then the answer is no.
And personally, I think that's a good thing. I never understood why people would want an email client in their browser or a fridge that brews coffee. Usually, you are much better served with two separate applications that do what they do really well, than with a jack of all trades app that does everything in a rather mediocre way.
