Running ED2K links with Camino
« on: January 05, 2007, 08:24:19 PM »

Hi guys,

i am a mac user surfing the net with Camino browser. For sometime now i have been using
camino to lounch my ED2K links to aMule successfuly without configuring it to do so - it simply
worked using the preference definition on aMule General preference of browser selection which
i directed to the executable location of Camino.

Yasterday after clonning my previous drive into a newer it simply stoped working and I get an
annoying error message saying "ed2k is not a registered protocol." I tried the about:config preferences as suggested by the wiki with no help.

I realy like the Camino and would like to use it for the ED2K links - Please help.

BTW: This info is to be found in the Readme.Mac.txt file included with the mac packages as well.
