Port problem

Hallo, I use amule, but from 3 days i have a problems, when i open amule the value of the UDP port is ramdom!!!!!! then i put the value to 4665 but when i restart amule the value of the  udp port is anoather number!!!!  if i open amule.conf the value is 4665
what can i do????????????????????????????????

I have a IPCOP router and the O.S. is fedora FC6
