hi all of you guys!

i have got a problem with amule.

i have got a high id, my firewall is open on ports 4662, 4665 and
4672, both tcp and udp.

my upload limit is 30kB/s and slot allocation is 30kB/s either.

the problem is that the actual upload speed rarely goes beyond 5kB/s
and i can't never see more than 2 connections open in upload.

my download speed seems to be ok (but maybe i could download faster
with a higher upload rate).

Lower slot allocation to about 5 or 6 KByte/s and things will be better.
