Below the Amule start....

Initialising aMule
Checking if there is an instance already running...
No other instances are running.
Loading temp files from /home/lando/.aMule/Temp.
Loading PartFile 7 of 7
All PartFiles Loaded.
ListenSocket: Ok.

External connections disabled in config file
*** Server UDP socket (TCP+3) at 0.0.0.0:4665
*** TCP socket (TCP) listening on 0.0.0.0:4662
*** Client UDP socket (extended eMule) at 0.0.0.0:4672

AND the iptables status >>>>>>>>>

ACCEPT     tcp  --  anywhere             anywhere            tcp dpt:4662
ACCEPT     udp  --  anywhere             anywhere            udp dpts:4662:4665
ACCEPT     udp  --  anywhere             anywhere            udp dpt:4672

Yes, I get:
Code: [Select]
Success The TCP port 4662 is available. You should be able to use the ED2K P2P service without any problems.

OT:
PS- No one has Karma > 0   ?
Some do. It's a relatively new feature (available since the redesign). You can 'rate' a user by saying (s)he 'rocks' or 'sucks' by clicking on the corresponding link beneath the Karma-display.
The feature itself is pretty useless as here is no big off-topic section where one could gain a high post count (another indicator for a 'good user'). We usually spam everywhere, but don't tell Kry. ;)
Oh, btw: I forgot one funny thing about Karma: Kry wanted a -666 value, but everyone can mess with that. ;)
