Wiki Spam (again :( )

Looking at the wiki, there's again a spam mess. Could one re-implement Captcha or another method to get rid of spam?

I've looked at the recent changes, and deleted the contents of the threads that were spam, however I cannot delete the pages themselves (it remains the empty page).

I deleted the pages, but I don't think this will solve.
