If i try to start aMule, it opens for 2 seconds, then it minimizes to system tray an crashes. I ran aMule on my system with completely same configuration without any problem for nearly a half year!?( I'm thankfull for any help!

I also get (on startup) an "no entries in adresses.dat ...." (but there are entries for shure) as long as i dont hit OK the amule don't crash. On submit it minimizes an crashes.

one of your part files is broken and it w'll be a hard way to find out which one u have a lot of them ,,

well, u should move all part files to another folder and add file by file back to your temp dir .. if it crash u know what file it is .. would be nice if u upload the file to your webserver and pm me the link so we can check whats worng with it and why amule crash ..

for the "no entries in adresses.dat" .. uncheck autoupdate serverlist on startup .. doesn't work at all

Same problem. Solved it with your proposal and it now works. Here are my info. Hope it helps. I keep the faulty .part.met.

i see u have wxgtk linked against gtk2 .. thats not good cos wxgtk isn't ready for gtk2 ..
