how to start a download from amulecmd?

excuse my english .

How can i start a download knowing the ed2k link from amulecmd?

if there is no way


is there any way of remotely start  a download?


I have also tried amuleweb but it doesn't work, I have read the mni howto and  when i try with the webbrowser it connects but does not show anything in the window. The amuleweb output says:
