Of course the exact IP is important, it's the IP of one source for the file. If you give a wrong IP, then amule will not find the source.

BTW: I just added your link with no problem on amule CVS from November 12th. What's the problem you are having with it?

Thatś just cryptoptions so it can be used on another amule with support for those links. It allows you to connect to the source client with encryption enabled.
