 Hello all !

I have a small problem... but I didn't find any solution... so, you are my last chance

Since some days, my server.met is empty ; no way to be connected. With the Windows Gui I try to connect to a server with an IP, but without success. So, I download a new one, copy it into the old one, and reboot. After this, the new one is still empty...

I send more than 15Ko but, still no connection on any server...

So, I download a new one, copy it into the old one, and reboot. After this, the new one is still empty...

The correct order is:
1. Shutdown aMule.
2. Copy the new file over the old.
3. Restart aMule.

If you copy th file before shutting down aMule, it will be overwritten as part of the shutdown process.

Bonus question 1 ; how to restart amule without rebooting the full computer ?

1. To shut down: amulecmd -c shutdown
2. To start again: you have to know how.
