Always "lost connection"

it's since more than 2 or 3 months that my Amule doesn't work anymore. Everytime I try to launch it, it says "trying to connect", and then always "lost connection".
I've already updated the servers list and it has worked for a couple of days, but then not already.
I tried also to uninstall it, and replace it with another one freshly downloaded, it's the same.
I have a Mac 10.4.1 and an adsl connection.
