is there any console apackage ?

I normally work on different workstations only in shell without dtop manager

is there a emule version to be used in console ?
I prefer debian

Have a look at amuled (aMule daemon). You'll find debian packages here and more information in the wiki.

Further I would suggest amule-cmd (or something like this) so that you can mange your download and so on.
