It does not hurt including both in the link, and there are programs out there which understand only one of them.

I'm still waiting for proof that Magnet links with AICH exist in the wild (and I'm not counting a little tool ivan386 has written of which I don't know if anybody has ever used it). The Wikipedia entry is very nebulous (and looks like ivan386 has created it himself).
I have not even seen such a link.
