Emule Collections support

I quite widely used this feature when I was an Emule  user and I'd like to see it in Amule too...

It already exists, but only in a read-only form.

I hope this means that the first step is done, and that the "write" possibility is planned for future releases... is it?

I don't know. Someone wants to write a patch? The text-format emulecollection files (one link per line, comments with # iirc, take a look at my amule-emc project at google code) is sufficient in the beginning.
