I've lighthttpd instaled on my box an want to run the web-gui from it to access amule daemon without the need of install the amuleweb service, is it possible?

Only if you write a plugin/patch/whatever to lighttpd to communicate with aMule daemon.
Thus the answer seems to be: no.
