Low ID

I cannot connect to the servers and get the message Low ID, which I have no idea what it means or how to over come the problem,
the message is you have received low ID, how do you get around it! Any help would be appreciated! thanks

I have read all that,  the point is the same software work few days ago, now it doesnt !
How the system has changed I have no idea!
The fire walls ports are the same from last time!  I have Ktorrent, it is functioning as normal
I am using OpenSuSe 11.1 and the aMule 2.2.3!
The wiki is General reference, it does not pin point the problem or how to rectify it, or which setting to adjust!
