First of all - next time please write labels in English. I can read Russian, but other team members AFAIK can't. Second - aren't those icons copyrited by Apple?

1. Sure, these icons copyrighted by Apple Inc.
2. Apple Inc. Itself has put it into circulation, besides this icons are accessible to free downloading via Apple website as a part of update software - Apple itself freely distribute it, no big deal.
3. of cource, this icons can't be put in legal distributive, it's for users only. technicaly, any user can make theme for private use based on any material.

well, if it's illegal, just trash it.
