According to a short research: It is possible, but it requires a complete new application specifically written for Symbian.
If you are a moderately advanced programmer and once you are familiar with the programming environment (should take quite some time) actually implementing
EC for the communication with aMule shouldn't be too hard.
Still, it's a lot of work and unless you're interested in the Symbian platform it's probably not worth the effort. Consider using a mobile-optimized amuleweb-template instead.
