Author Topic: Downloads complete, show up in shared file pane, but are not really there  (Read 1594 times)

I search, download a file, it completes, shows that it is completely downloaded in shared files pane, however, once I open up the respective folder, the file is not really there.  This is on an Ubuntu OS (Jaunty dist).  I'm sure I am just Mr. Dumas, but not really articulate in linuxese.

Category with different target folder?

Enable the "Directory Path" in the "Shared files" pane by right clicking the column headers and ticking the respective option.
Then make sure you look in the path that is actually contained in that column for that very file.

Used to happen to me every now and then that I look in the wrong place and everything seems like a complete mystery. :D
