problem solved i'v changed from hebrew to english Uk.

Is that a problem of 10.04 pre lacking Hebrew fonts, or a general aMule problem?

i think it's amule problem because when i choose hebrew in amule everything looks fine the top buttons and everything looks fine and the os itself is mostly heberw except things that were not translated yet the the only problem i have it with the top windows meaing the top white area of servers where the servers list should be which is not in hebrew the same with search results the same with transfer possibly shared files as well the hall top windows don't show anything but the bottom ones like amule logs server info and etc looks fine.

i have attached two pictures as you can see there should be 26 servers and 153 search resualty and they are there just not when the software is in hebrew

One small thing why is the temp and incoming folders are hidden in ubuntu meaning there is a dot infrot of the amule folder like this .amule.

My guess would be, that hebrew uses different characters, and the fonts are just not able to represent the chars of the servernames and so on. I didn't check the hebrew alphabet. Is unicode on your system enabled?

i have absolutley no idea how to check it under linux but still the servers and the search result are not hebrew and that is what i'm missing so there is something eles going on here.

i am from israel too and i checked in our forum for problems in hebrew, there is the problem that was mentioned here in other versions, if you want anything i can change to hebrew for checking as i am with 9.10
