After some minutes after starting amuled, i cannot use amulecmd anymore:

EC connection failed. Empty reply.
Connection Failed. Unable to connect to localhost:4712

It works perfectly for the first 10/15 minutes...

Another strange thing is that remote gui connects ALWAYS perfectly!

Any idea?

You said you use an arm9 box. Check your CPU usage.
The error you experience is caused by a slow amuled reply , and consequent amulecmd timeout.

amulegui is much more patient.

Yes...i was supposing  that but the cpu usage NEVER goes more than 60%.
I've looked at the sourcecode, but i'm not as expert as i would....where can i change the timeout of amulecmd?
I've no problem recompiling the sourcecode (i usually do it after 10 commits...it's time to update as you can see!).
