Well...
First, thanks Stu!
Tomorrow I will try new version!
For telnet response I mean a simple "tcpip acknowledge" raw connection to know if a socket it's opened and listening, "when the cursor going on the left top of a dos-prompt"!
Anyway, I've tried to know how to amulegui works on the server side, but I didn't find anything in the wiki...
I'm trying to establish remote connection to amuled (vm guest rhel 5.3) from other vm/real clients (2003x64 - windows7) from subnet X to subnet Y, and yes, routing its correct, on the same subnet of amule server there's a Domino mail server (clients-server app) that works fine.
vmware server 2 (no esx) host is a 2003x86 os with 12 really interfaces, it's a develop environment and its firewalled, but no nat between clients and amule server, vm network are bridged correctly, I'm an it specialist and I'm sure that the vm host & network aren't the problem!
Between vm guest clients and vm guest amule server, all protocol and ports are allowed, if I snoop traffic from amule server interface, I can see all packets go through...
I'm running amuled and amuleweb on the guest rhel system, but I don't know if I can run amulegui at the same time than others 2 daemons!
Last test that I've tried is, ssh to amule server, run amuled without web server, display exported on client, start amulegui, always from amule server shell, and amulegui works! At the "amulegui login popup", defaults options are wrong (server and socket port), but if I set it and launch, it works..!
Speechless..!
