What to do when disconnected from Amule?
« on: November 23, 2014, 01:13:14 AM »

Why does this happen more often when using a router?
Restart computer or router or both? In which order?
Still rather satisfied while using UpnP.Kad is reliable
most of the time but some files I have to use eD2k.
Using Mac Snowleopard and the old aMule version.

Go to this thread:

http://forum.amule.org/index.php?topic=11992.0

Copy one of the links to a nodes.dat file towards the end of the thread.

Past it into aMule > Kad network > Nodes text box.

Click the "play" button to the left to load the nodes.dat file.

That will connect you to the network if it works properly.

Leave aMule running until you have discovered 1000 nodes. The number is shown next to the "Nodes" label.

Sorry, it sounds like you have some unique network situation which I can't help with.
