I don't know which aMule version you running or what services you deployed and for what platform. So ill make it easy which will work on all.

1) Shutdown aMule
2) Find working aMule dir
3) Delete file: server.met
4) Download new: upd.emule-security.org/server.met
5) Change these in amule.conf

RemoveDeadServer=0
DeadServerRetry=7
ServerKeepAliveTimeout=30
Reconnect=1
Serverlist=0
AddServerListFromServer=0
AddServerListFromClient=0
SafeServerConnect=1
AutoConnectStaticOnly=1

6) Download: upd.emule-security.org/ipfilter.zip
7) Unzip and rename file to: ipfilter.dat
8 ) Place it inside aMule dir.
9) Now run aMule

This will show you all good trusted active eD2K servers and IPFilter will remove filter out bad server/nodes. What you need to do now is on Server panel pick eMule Svr 1 as STATIC and HIGH. If you have any other problems or questions post back here ill try to explain it.
