Faux Pas

Hi!

Durch eine Dummheit von mir hab ich aMule + Linux im Betrieb mal abgeschossen und habs rebooten müssen. Jetzt sagt mir aMule ich hätte keine Datein zum download und will sich neu einrichten  ;( .

Gibts da Tips damit ich meine bisherigen Downloads nicht verlier ?

hey

hmm naja mit 1.2.6 war die "backup" noch net so der hammer...
ähmm du könntest ja mal schauen in dem temp verzeichniss wo du deine dateine alle reingeladen hast...
standartmäßig sind das in deinem home verzeichniss .aMule/Temp...als erstes würde ich mal gucken ob da überhaupt was ist -- falls du den pfad net selber geändert hast
da sollten, wenn du nix geändert hast deine part, deine part.met und deinen part.met.bak drin sein...
wenn die da sein sollten... kannst du amule rein theoretisch einfach sich "neu" einrichten lassen und hoffen das er die alten files wieder nimmt...
wenn die .met files kaputt sind und amule sie nicht mehr lesen kann, kannst du die bak dateien über die dazugehörigen .met datein kopieren und dann nochmal probieren...

wenn die auch defekt sind, hilf nur donkeydoktor oder so... is ein eMule tool was .met datein wieder herstellen kann...

läuft leider nur unter windows ;) aber da findet sich vielleicht ien weg, oder mal mit wine testen

Thanks mal für Deine Hilfe, ging leider nimmer ganz da die .met Datein nicht mehr da waren, bzw. auch nimmer im /lost+found . Und ich hab mich bei der Version natürlich auch geirrt, das apt-get hat die rc3 geholt. Aber egal, hab halt neu angefangen und auch die RC3 neu installed da ich durch den mini-crash nicht wußte was da alles defekt ist. Ums kurz zu machen: Mir fiel dann auf beim neu-adden der Datein auf, wenn man mehr als 3 Datein (könnten auch 4 sein) added, schließt sich der gute Mule..

Ist das noch ein bekannter Bug bei RC3 ? Verwende Debian Unstable.

naja nicht wirklich ein know bug....
wie fügst du die dateien hinzu? in amule search oder mit ed2k link?
wenn du kannst und es reproduzirebar ist, könntest du ja deinen amule mal selber kompilieren und in gdb laufen lassen....
fallst du lust und zeit hast und uns dann wenn er abstürzt einen backtrace liefern.

Hi!

Nein nicht über den link sondern den "standart" Way.. Typ Auswählen -> Category Auswählen -> Suchen dann mit shift bzw. ctrl mehrere markieren und mit rechter MT ("Download"). Sinds mehr als 3-4 schließt er sich bei mir..

Reproduzierbar wars bei mir (also passierte schon 2-3 mal, immer mit gleichem Fehler "algorhytmus").

Ja klar das mit dem debug kann ich gerne machen!

--enable-optimise und --enable-debug
wieder sprechen sich auch ziemlihc...
--enable-debug --disable-optimise

vielleicht geht das besser ;)

PS vielleicht brauchst du dann auch noch die libwxgtk-dev packete oder so ähnlihc...
also net wundern ;)

Wenn man den mplayer, definitiv den GMplayer als Player nutzt (nutze normal den wxvlc) wird die GUI komplett disabled, auch nach dem ausschalten des Players.

Wärs nicht besser nur das "Preview" Menü zu sperren, im Fall des Bugs kann man nämlich garnix machen.

hhmm
du hast aber schon wxBase und wxGTK installiert oder? plus devel packte dazu,
 vor allem die beiden symlinks von unserer how to sind zum selbst compilieren ziemlich wichtig....

und das mit dem player haben wir leider auch schon erfahren...
es wird daran gearbeitet, aber trotzdem danke ;)

Also ich hab das noch mit configure - output abgecheckt, zu fehlen scheint nix.

Tja ich weiss jetzt leider auch nicht was ich noch tun kann um das in den debug-mode zu kriegen das Teil....
Wenn Dir noch was einfällt, bin noch zu jeder Schandtat bereit :)

Aber ansonsten big Thx für das Proggy, echt super Arbeit!
