aMule beendet sich selber

Jo, ich habs nach dem Howto heir installiert.
Ich habs erst seit gestern, und gestern hatte ich auch schon das prob.

hey

naja das böse RC3 ist leider ein wenig anfällig, vor allem wenn man viele downloads hat....
darum ja auch RC3, aber wenn du ein wenig ahnung von compilieren hast nimm einen CVS snapshoot von http://amule.hirnriss.net
da sind hunderte von bugfixes since rc3 drin und die läuft hier schon mehrere tage bei mir jetzt ohne problem...
die RC4 wird acuh demnächst released, also entweder selber compilieren oder halt noch ein "paar" tage warten....

wir haben eine nette How to ;)  und oben ist auch noch eine FAQ knopf, da ist auch nochmal eine HowTO
da stehs eigentlcih drin  :P

PS:das einzige was da net sthet glaube ich ist das man
./autogen.sh
laufen lassen muss um die ./configure datei zu bekommen.....

Hi Bennily,

ich hatte mit RC3 exakt das gleiche Problem und auch die gleichen Fehlermeldungen. Zudem verbrauchte RC3 meinen ganzen RAM und lief nach einiger Zeit mit maximaler CPU-Auslastung. Dadurch dauerte es recht lange bis es auf irgendwas reagieren konnte.
Ich kann ebenfalls nur empfehlen sich eines der aktuellen CVS-Releases zu holen und es selbst zu kompilieren. Ich habe mir das Archiv aMule-cvs-20040624.tar.bz2 heruntergeladen und kompiliert, und bisher läuft die Version absolut stabil ohne Fehler, ohne hohen Speicherverbrauch etc. Wenn man den Sourcecode selbst kompilieren möchte muss man einiges an Vorbereitungen treffen, die aber alles sehr gut in diesem Tutorial erklärt werden.
Einziger Wermutstropfen: Das Webinterface funktioniert bei mir in der neuen Version nicht mehr.

tja das letzte sagt doch alles oder?
dir fehtl die curl-config um selbst zu compilieren...
wenn man rpm packete verwendet fällt das net so afu
aber fürs selbecompilieren ist es wichtig...
eifnach in den packetet deiner distrie nach curl-dev gucken... und installieren sollte reichen...
sonst efianch auf dei webseite die da steht und runterladen und mit
./configure, make und als root dann make install  installieren :)

dannach dann weider amule configure ausführen...

Ich hab curl 7.11.0 über ein RPM installiert (Das RPM war genau für meine Distribution)

Hatte jetzt aber wieder den glecihen fehler, woran kann das liegen?

Wie "stefanero" schon schrieb brauchst du auch noch das curl-devel Paket.
Es sollte reichen, wenn du das einfach per Paketmanager installierst (hab ich auch gerade eben gemacht).

hey

ok, schonmal besser :)
welche distrie hast du? debian? suse? redhat?
guck das du die dev packte installierst egal was du für eine distrie hast für dein libcryptopp
bei debian musst du noch einen link setzten, dazu haben wir aber in der FAQ section eine anleitung....
ebenso um fehler zu vermeiden schau das du zu wxGTK ebenfalls die dev packete hast und für wxBase acuh wenn du amuleweb und amulecmd isntallieren willst....

hier ebenfalls nocheinmal vorsicht!!!!! schau das du die links richtig gesetzt hast wie es ebenfalls in der FAQ beschrieben ist, sonst hast du gelcih den nächsten fehler!!

die bekommst du von uns :)
mach mal
rpm -qa | grep wx

wenn da net min 3 packete stehen von wxGTK 2.4.2 stimmt was net, zudem das wxBase packet...
dann guckst das du das libCryptopp packet von unserer homepage nimmst...
da hats auch 2 st einmal normla und einmla devel, wenn du dann quasie diese 5 packete hast
kannst du die symlinks überprüfen in /usr/bin!!!!!
das steht in der howTO excapt drin wie die sein müssen!!!!!!!
einfach mal gucken nud lesen ;)

und dann klappts acuh mit dem kompilieren ;)
