Documentation about client connections errors
« on: August 28, 2004, 12:35:51 PM »

In the journal view we can see for example an unknown client "XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX" has caused an error, 0. Disconnecting client.

Ok, I Can report an error 0.

What if it appears clearly in natural language in the journal view
if it 's possible to understand easily what 's going wrong
it 's easier to understand if we are supposed to report a bug or if we have to modify the config
Easier to post a more efficient report
Amule definitevely needs a paper about how to manage those errors

I Can help to create it or to translate it in french

Thx in advance

Those errors are socket errors. Is kinnda hard to fix them from those logs. Anyway, you can easily find the line when they are printed and google for they meaning, then submit a patch (if you're a coder) ;). If not, would be nice if someone contributes it (basically research work).
