no downloads lots of uploads- ???

After being away for a week with my FC2 aMule running continuously I came back to find only one file had downloaded and that no DLs were in progress, although there were lots of uploads ongoing. I shut down, rebooted reconnected and stillI can't get any incoming. The client id reported is "clientid is 6164540"  Ideas?

let me clear this more up

when you run amule there is a little earth at the bottom right corner...does it have yellow or green arrows around it???

if its green you have some other problems....if its yellow you are firewalled
to fix this open up the ports your specified in amule preferences and reconnect to a server

ports 4662 and 4672 in the router are open, i have yellow arrows

If you are using a router, then you should forward the ports to your computer, not just open them in the built-in firewall.

yellow means firewalled so something is net setup the right way...
