i like the way of support at users here
i'm an emule user and now test amule on suse 9.1
i have done the install stuff but get an error about libgd.so.2
i have done what stand on
the Compilation_Installation linkand get this error on
aMule-2.0.0rc6-1.i586-SuSE_9.rpm
rpm -Uvh aMule-2.0.0rc6-1.i586-SuSE_9.rpm
error: Failed dependencies:
libgd.so.2 is needed by aMule-2.0.0rc6-1
yast don't wana install amule it say can't find wxBase
when i do all the steps again i get the message it is already installed
i paste here the steps and results so it is easy to understand
rpm -Uvh wxGTK-2.4.2-1.i386.rpm wxGTK-devel-2.4.2-1.i386.rpm

i have made the 2 links
ln -sf /usr/bin/wxgtk-2.4-config /usr/bin/wx-config
ln -sf /usr/bin/wxbase-2.4-config /usr/bin/wxbase-config
rpm -Uvh libcryptopp-5.2.1-1.i586-RH-SuSE.rpm
Preparing... ########################################### [100%]
package libcryptopp-5.2.1-1_rh9 is already installed
rpm -Uvh aMule-2.0.0rc6-1.i586-SuSE_9.rpm
error: Failed dependencies:
libgd.so.2 is needed by aMule-2.0.0rc6-1
afther this i whas write this i try again and yast install amule
so i can't write the exact error of yast anymore
yast detect the gd graphics stuff that is an normal package of suse
i'm a newbie to linix and suse but sofar i understand this
belongs libgd.so.2 to GD pakage
maby for al those others use suse
i think it is some in yast and not understanding links of dependencies
