crashed at begining under Mandrake 10.0 Official....

I was just followed every step form http://www.amule.org/wiki/index.php/HowTo_Compile_In_MDK
version>=2.0.0rc6  (For 9.2-10.0 only)
but crashed at begining...

Does removing .eMule file and moving away .aMule folder helps?

I replace older aMuler 1.2.x temp floder to aMule 2.0.0rc7 temp floder, but since I remove all temp files, It also got crashed....

No problem here... u should have a config problem somewhere, but not du to rpm as they are working here...

I remove aMule by using:
rm -fr ~/.aMule
now without segment fault
I got the messages:

Humm, normally this occur during a few seconds, about 10s,  at start up and end when the connection is made..

try rm ~/.eMule too

did u force the istallation against dependencies ? have u curl installed ?

Have u an uptodate Mandrake, i mean did u do a packages security update recently ?

now I remove .eMule

what does cas command mean?

I have this file in my /usr/local/lib/ floder
what variable I miss?

now I copied libgd.so.2 from /usr/local/lib/ to /usr/lib/

Cas is a statistic program wich read the file ~/.aMule/amulesig.dat to display some statistics.

But, u had a dependency problem when u ran it, so question, why have u forced deps when installing amule rpm

Are u sure your crash is not caused by other deps problems ??
