libgd.so.2 is needed by aMule-2.0.0rc7-1
« on: November 24, 2004, 09:28:31 PM »

Hi Leute,

libgd.so.2 is needed by aMule-2.0.0rc7-1

;)

i nearly have the same problem:

libgd.so.2 is needed by aMule-2.0.3-1

i have suse linux 9.3 but the link above doesn't work!

I've installed: wxGTK-2.6.0-1.i686-SuSE_9.2-9.3.rpm and aMule-2.0.3-1.i586-SuSE_9.3.rpm !

What do  I need then?

side question: why doesn't the suse-rpm depend on wxGTK >=2.6.0 and GD to be installed?

(had the same problem before finding a solution with google ;) )

because the maintainer of the rpm did not add that as dependency....

but I guess it works now right?

well, that's the obvious *g* i more wondered why he didn't add that dependency, as it could prevent a lot of questions...
