Has aMule a "watch folder" feature, like many other download tools?
Where I can configure a folder where to save e2k links in some way that gets scanned by aMule for new stuff to add to the queue?

Unfortunately not, but it's on my list. For now it's needed to restart the whole thing for rehashing.
