The crash when pressing OK has been reported before. Look for this on the forum.
The crash/strange characters on systray has something to do with UTF8 in the systray. Also reported before.
The crash with VLC had never seen it, but it happens almost the same to me with mplayer (amule doesn't crash, just freezes).

Solution to 1 and 2 is downloading the latest CVS tarball, and compile it. 3 has no solution AFAIK.

Regards.

I now got the CVS version from 08/01/2004, but I still have problems hitting the OK in prefs. It was after I reloaded my ipfilter.dat (5.6 megs).

s0undt3ch,

Yeah, I was refereing to the VLC pluggin :)

Strange crash this one, does not look like it was running aMule code... I tested here and I can reload IPFilter without a crash... Try looking for some problem with wxGTK, like old installations, corrupted libs, etc.

Cheers!
