webserver problem with amulecvs build 13
« on: January 14, 2005, 09:27:04 PM »

Hi,

Just built amule-cvs 13 on my system and the amuleweb segment faults straight away. I just noticed that a newer tarball (14) has gone up. Will this resolve the issue?

Cheers.

Ode to the depths of despair!

Rebuilt build 14 and still the webserver crashes as soon as you start it!

I still got problems with amule raising exceptions with the wxgtk 2.5.3 libraries as well would it be best to apply patches if theirs any or go back to an earlier release of wxWidgets?

Help appreciated.

Cheers,

M.

hi,

would be nice if you provide a backtrace at first (using wxgtk 2.5.3).
it would be nice too, if downgrade to wxgtk 2.4.2 and see if it still crashes

thx

my mistake!

It was build 13 I was referring to!

Anyways testing build 14 now. Webserver didnt segfault on start but now the search results are screwed up again?

The user hash field seems to be missing but the other fields are there. the tick box column appears in the wrong column with the download column blank lol

If I get any back traces i'll make a note and try the older wxgtk as well before screaming blue murder lol

Any ideas with the webserver results? I did copy the new template file over as well!

Cheers

Hi,

I just noticed cvs build 15 has been put up!

amule cvs build 14 has been running for 8.5 hours on my current setup and hasnt crashed yet, but i'm sure it will given time lol. 36 hours is my record so far for patched rc8.  ;)

Cheers,

M.
