Adding extra Temp Dirs
« on: January 20, 2005, 04:59:11 AM »

My first post here so my first words are praise to the amule team for all their efforts. amule rocks! I have an amazing dld rate all the time and have never had any problems with it (touch wood). I have been using emule-plus for years but now I'm pure linux so to see a variation that is so familiar and better is just a major bonus. Thanks again.

I was wondering if it is at all possible to add additional temp directories in amule? I ask as emule-plus would allow this. To push my luck further, can I add a directory over a LAN by using another PCs shared directories? After all if properly mounted/configured, this extra machine is only another filesystem! I'm not greedy only I have 4 machines all networked together and a lot of extra HD space combined! Even if this can only be done in a techy manually configured way this would still be great if anyone can help. Any ideas would be terrific.

Thanks once more.
