renaming finished files
« on: March 05, 2005, 05:50:12 PM »

It's just that...I would like to be able to rename the completed files from inside amule. I know I can do it with the OS, but that would imply a new hashing, and with big files (couple of GB) that can be annoying.

Thanks.

BTW: amule running on solaris during 26 hours straight and no problems so far 8)

Renaming on aMule will imply probably a new hashing either.

Hmm...I don't know the amule's code, but I think it's possible to rename without a new rehash, since emule does it.

Thanks.
