Slow when connected to a server!

Hi! I'm having a strange behavior with aMule 2.0.0rc8. When i'm connected to a server, my ul speed does not get to 20KB, that i've set in my prefs, but goes to down very slow, and same with my dl. A soon as i disconnect from the server i' connected, the ul goes to 20k and the dl speed increase! I've tried to lower the new connection /5 min to 10, and max source= 400 max conn=1000, but nothing change.

Does anybody know why this happen? And what happen if i stay disconnected from any server, but still ul and dl?

Try to use a lower UPLOAD limit. When you disconnect from the server, you use less uplink. You probably have a saturated uplink. Please leave about 4-6 kBytes/s slack on your upload limit. E.g.: if you have ADSL 256/128, use download 21 and upload 7.
