StringFunctions.h configure
« on: April 12, 2005, 06:06:46 AM »

Hi! )
I've met some problems with using console apps in russian language, it's described here:
http://forum.amule.org/thread.php?threadid=5706&sid=
Can be codepage 'iso8859-1' changed to any other used on the user's system by the configuration script? Messages from console apps can be translated, but not all systems can show them while using that codepage in console. I've got 'unicoded' system, and it looks like changing 'iso8859-1' to 'utf-8' completely resolves the problem for me.

Doesn't seem hard. It's just adding an option like --console-cp=xxxx to the configure script. I'll talk about this with the other devs.
