Where does aMule take my files from? From my " aMule Download " folder or any folder on my desktop? Shall I create a dedicate folder and how do I name it? Please, reply. I promise I won't waste your time any longer, thanks.

Your shared folders are set in preferences - directories - shared directories. Please note that current downloads and the incoming directory are shared automatically.

so yes your aMule Download folder is one folder where it takes files from, the 2nd folder is the temp folder which is  a hidden dir in your homedir.
if you want to share more folders/files just take a look where thedude0001 said.

Thank you both, the only prob is I don't have a " directories - shared directories " folder on my Mac. I have a " shared " folder for Limewire downloads, maybe it's the one you're talking about?

no, thedude was talking abotu the amule preferences.

there is in the amule-gui a preferences button and these preferences have a menu, and in there go to
directory --> and select in the tree view the folders you would like to share
