ipfilter list

If possible, locally caching most current ipfilter list rather than having to download it at amule start each time.

If that has been covered, my apologies.

It should do that. ?(

It should only download the IP filter at each startup if you've explicitly told it to.  See Preferences -> Security -> Auto-update ipfilter at startup.  Uncheck that if you don't want aMule to download it at startup.

Then I must be doing something wrong. Ever time I launch amule, i get "Loaded ipfilter with 46983 new IP addresses" in the log window. Then I download the update and it updates to 60,000 plus. Even after this, i get the same 46,983 are next amule startup...

Is there a setting I need to enable to cache this?

No, filtered ranges are being merged, that's why you see less on the restart. But you're filtering the same ips with the 60000 than with the 46000

Thanks Kry. I thought I had to update the iplist each and everytime I launched amule. Which would suck.. hehe..
