I have a slackware server at my house, but I never let him on graphical mode. I was wondering if it was possible to aMule to make only an webservice off it, like a daemon or somethink. tks!

We have amule
D
amule daemon, which can run without X. You can remote-control it with webinterface (amuleweb) or remote gui (amulegui) from another computer on the lan.
P.S.
You will need wx 2.6.0 to build amuled. configure --help is your friend

In its default setup, Windows XP on the Internet amounts to a car
parked in a bad part of town, with the doors unlocked, the key in
the ignition and a Post-It note on the dashboard saying, "Please
don't steal this."
