hi, got that message today:
[14:35:34] G00Dprovider! (rus): AUTOMATED MESSAGE: You're being banned because your client is leeching! Get more info at http://emuleplus.info/ban/

[13:01:08] G00Dprovider! (rus): AUTOMATED MESSAGE: You're being banned because your client is behaving aggressively! Get more info at http://emuleplus.info/ban/

quite few, just a scam or? i guess so eh?

There are always a few clients that erroneously send you these messages but unless you are getting 30 of them a day (from different clients) you don't have to worry. In fact I am filtering these messages out in my clients using the built-in message filter of amule.
