amuleweb: unable to connect external port

I'm having trouble with amuleweb. I'm running Debian Testing with amule stable from deb http://dude.gemil.de/ debian/

Amule, configured for
Run amuleweb on startup, checked
Webserver port: 4711
No full rights password
No low rights password

Accept External Connections, checked
Use TCP ports instad of unix local sockets, checked
External TCP Port: 4712
Password set

$ amuled

I can connect to localhost:4711, but if I try http://192.168.1.103:4712 it doesnt connect

its the other way around,
your aMuleweb connects to 4712, to aMule....and your webbrowser needs to connect to 4711
so
http://192.168.1.103:4711
would be right!!

btw you do not have a password assignt for the webserver users!
