ipfilter.dat problem

hi All
i have a problem with ipfilter.dat
i download normally lot of file but after some days ( 4 for example) i  cannot download anything the the server  says "your ip is a part of ip filter.dat"
why this?
why my IP becames a filtered Ip afer some days?

different IP recognized

also the Ip recognized from amule server
is different from my own IP
why this?

You may be getting assigned a different IP address by your ISP.  Maybe the new one is part of a filtered range.
