ciao a tutti e grazie anticipatamente per le future sisposte

Premetto che sono un neofita di linux, uso Red hat 9.0 Ho compilato  le librerie wXgtk 2.4.2 e ho compilato amule, ma quando vado a lanciare il programma ricevo il seguente errore

 relocation error: amule: symbol _ZNK13wxIPV4address9IPAddressEv, version
WXGTK_2.4 not defined in file libwx_gtk-2.4.so with link time reference

Qualcuno sa come posso risolverlo? grazie immensamente in anticipo

Allora da buon neofita sono andato sul sito di emule e ho scaricato il sorgente di amule 2.0.0 dal sito dallo stesso sito ho scaricato le librerie grafiche wxGTK 2.4.2

Ho compilato prime le librerie e poi amule... sembrava tutto ok ma quando lancio l'applicazione mi dà quell'errore...  e da neofita non so dove battere la testa

Devi scaricare aMule-2.0.3 da qui scegli se rpm (già compilato) oppure sorgente (da compilare) e da qui le wxGTK-2.6.2 da compilare

Ho fatto come hai detto ho ricompilato il tutto con le versioni ch emi avevi detto tu ma mi dà lo stesso errore

Ciao e grazie per la pazienza...

Ho provato a reinstallare linux e rifare da capo come avevi detto tu scaricando i file dai link che mi avevi lasciato.

Ho ricompilato le librerie ed amule, ora a differenza di prima mi è uscito un altro errore  

error while loading shared libraries: libwx_gtk2_xrc-2.6.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory


digitando i comandi che hai scritto prima il risultato è questo:

Molto strano, poichè non installa (dopo aver compilato) le wxGTK, se sicuro che la compilazione sia andata a buon fine?  ?(

Non so che dirti... forse le librerie vanno compilate in un percorso specifico?

Comincio ad essere sfiduciato... credo di aver capito che l'errore è dovuto al fatto che le librerie grafiche non sono installate nella directory appropriata...

partendo con il primo comando ottengo subito un'errore

[root@CASA bin]# install -c -m 644 lib/libwx_gtk2_xrc-2.6.so /usr/local/lib
install: impossibile fare stat di `lib/libwx_gtk2_xrc-2.6.so': No such file or directory

Comincio a pensare che non ce la farò mai
