Either you download 2.0.2 (2.0.3 had no windows-related changes) binary from http://www.amule.org/files/details.php?file=116 or you have to compile.
Unfortunatly is the wiki atm in maintenance mode so you need a team member who copies the article for you.
PM stefanero, he'll be glad to have something to do. ;)
