crash every one or two hours
« on: November 03, 2005, 02:50:44 PM »

SUSE10 - I've installed 2.0.0rc8, cause I didnt manage to install the 2.0.3 under suse10 using the ready rpms. It was running for about one week fine now, but in the last 12 hours it crashed a few times.

I guess you should update wxGTK AND amule and tell us if it happens again....

peter,

This is an old known issue and is already fixed. Either try to install the correct rpm or compile aMule yourself. There is plenty of information at our wiki page:
http://www.amule.org/wiki/index.php/Compilation_Installation

Cheers!

I managed to install the actual version. I had loads of packages missing on my suse10 (ie. mspack) and had to remove all old wxGTK-packages but finally it worked and no crashes since.

thnx a lot,
