Sorry, I don't speak any Italian (I understand some written Italian, it's similar to Spanish), I hope you understand my english answer.
You have a problem with your permissions.
To solve this problem open a terminal, cd to /home/lxuser (should be default) and do the following:chmod 755 .aMule #allows you to read and write to the directory, everyone else may read it
cd .aMule
chmod 754 *
If there's a error doing this, please post the output of ls -l | grep .aMule.
